The service center is severely understaffed. I took my car in for my first routine maintenance and I had an appointment. This is an electric car, so no oil change or anything. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Keffer, Hyundai. Sales, Finance, and Service department have great customer service. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 would be the dealings between corporate and the local dealerships. Lousy service! They had my car sitting in there lot for 7 days before working on it. The rental car they let me use was not even close to my car. Too small. Had oil service today. I bought almost a 1000 $ of tires there last summer and was told twice on the phone before this appointment that “tire rotation” would be free.
