Great service before the sale, just like all dealers. Service after the sale is one star at best. 2025 Tucson, a lot of high tech improvements, but no help after the sale, to understand anything. Sent several emails to Lewis Gobble, to get help, but no response. Plan to be on your own, to learn any new functionality. YouTube can help, but that should fall on Keffer. Will never deal with Keffer again.

Went for a service, but ended up purchasing new G80. The experience was unmatched. Antonio assisted us in service, he was outstanding. MARCIO assisted in sales, he was also outstanding. Ace in finance was outstanding too. I always drive to Charlotte from Columbia because this dealership is the best.

We moved here September, 2023. I think this was my third or fourth time at the dealership. I have noted that every single time there have been new people at the service desk. I have never seen such change in personnel. I am 73 years old.

The service center is severely understaffed. I took my car in for my first routine maintenance and I had an appointment. This is an electric car, so no oil change or anything. It took over 30 minutes to simply be "processed", which made me late for my work appointment. The people were VERY pleasant and obviously trying to work hard, but the systems were impossibly slow. Where do I begin. I dropped my car off in May after an issue happened. I was told the issue was something after having work done before I took it in, was done and couldn't have been the issue. This was by far the best experience that I have ever had a Keffer. The service was prompt! That is very important to me because I had to wait at the dealership until the service was complete. The oil was changed, tires rotated, plus air and cabin filters replaced. The job was done in about one hour. My previous experiences to just get an oil change and tires rotated took over three hours! My recent service experience was not good!!! I made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated. My recent service was disappointing. The mechanic somehow managed to turn off the tire pressure program while rotating my tires. Additionally the mechanic failed to toque the lug nuts on my tires leaving them loose and setting up the possibility that my wheels could come off. Worst dealership ever. Tried to make me pay for duplicate services for diagnostic that was just performed and paid for. Told me my transmission was fine and the problem was my tires. Finally admitted the transmission was the problem but didn't provide a rental. They had my car for 2 months and I had to pay over 2k out of pocket for a rental. I was able to easily make an appointment for my car online. Kaajah was my service advisor. She was friendly and efficient. I left the car there while it was being serviced. Kaajah texted me an update about the service and called when the car was ready. She even greeted me by name when I walked in to pick it up!

They accept more service appointments than they can fulfill. Had an appointment for oil change, was told it would be about 90 minutes. After 2 hours waiting, i was asked if i had a ride home to leave it overnight or can i come back the next day. Will not be back and can not recommend.

Our sale person Dony was very informative and really made sure we understood the vehicle we wanted to purchase Eden in the Finance department was very good in going thru our paper work and answering all our questions. When someone hit my parked Sonata it was totalled. I loved that car and wanted to replace it with another. I knew I wanted to work with the best Hyundai dealer in Charlotte and went straight to Keffer Hyundai. They were the 2023 dealer of the year, and I needed a dealer that was easy to deal with, and trustworthy. Not at all the nightmare normally associated with buying a car! My expectations were exceeded and I’ll continue to use Keffer Hyundai in the future.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Keffer, Hyundai. Sales, Finance, and Service department have great customer service. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 would be the dealings between corporate and the local dealerships. It's hard not to feel duped or suckered when you purchase extended packages on a new vehicle and you still have to pay over $1.2k for a part that should not be a $1.2K part.

Dony had great customer service, had a hiccup and miscommunication but they went above and beyond to take care of us. Facility was clean and organized and busy but overall I would purchase another vehicle from them.

A frustrating experience. The inconvenience was staggering. The service advisor was not customer focused and I had to initiate most of the conversation to get updates. This was time consuming and demonstrates Keffer's service department focus, which is NOT on the customer. Keffer chooses to commuincate through a messaged based customer portal which further distances the service advisor and the customer. While the portal provides proposed repairs and offers the customer a selection on which repairs to approve and which one delays, this customer prefers a personal touch. I had to bring in my car for them to run the diagnostics on which takes apparently 3-5 days, and the rental they had for me was a car when I have an suv. Lousy service! They had my car sitting in there lot for 7 days before working on it. The rental car they let me use was not even close to my car. Too small. They had me wait several days before bring my car in so they could order parts. I got there and they didn’t have the parts. In a few words the overall experience was bag! The car came back to me with marks on it that I had to buff off.

Had oil service today. I bought almost a 1000 $ of tires there last summer and was told twice on the phone before this appointment that “tire rotation” would be free. When I got there they said “we don’t do that anymore “ and lied about “not doing it the last two years “ when I know for a fact they did it before if you bought tires from them. Not keeping their word !

Have issues with repair that was completed on 4/11/24 and left three messages with my service advisor and have not had a response from Keffer. Very disappointing!!

I purchased a certified used car from this dealer. The salesman was very nice, however gave me a 26 percent APR on a 2014 car with 98,000 miles. The car has been in the shop since I purchased it. It came with a warranty but it still requires me paying out of pocket for a lot of things. Very very long wait for having an appointment just to get my transmission fluid changed. It took 3 hours. The staff was friendly though, and refreshments were offered.
